Graduated from Sam Houston with a B.S. in Business with a Chemistry minor.  Registered Sanitarian and licensed Site Evaluator.  I have been drafting for 25+ years, and I have a love of all things outdoors: hunting, fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, etc.

My son and daughter, Sutton and Ainsley, help whenever they can.  It may be running paperwork to a county, or digging a hole on a property, but they are always there when we need them.

Bachelors of Science in Forensic Science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Masters in Business Administration from Sam Houston. I am also a Registered Sanitarian and licensed Site Evaluator.

People always ask about the logo.  It is meant to be light hearted.  The shovel represents the site evaluation.  The t-square represents the drafting we do for each job.  The fish is a Permit, they are mainly found in south america.  We pull permits for most jobs!  All of these are in the traditional shape of the Jolly Roger flag for no good reason. 

Karolyn has been with the company for 3 years now.  She is everything rolled into one short little package.  Scheduler, draft person, master of all county websites, notary, meets customers and office comedian.  She is also the parent of 4 children, one of whom she is married to.

Canvas, the wirehaired pointing griffon, is our inner-office delivery service.  He makes sure papers get passed back and forth with efficiency…. As long as he is awake.
